Experience
Carole Paulson is the owner of Carole Paulson Associates. Carole has over 20 years of experience in public and private accounting and pension plan administration. Her consulting experience ranges from accounting and internal control reviews, to training of financial department workers, pension plan consulting and all aspects of income tax preparation and planning.
Management
Carole spent 10 years as corporate controller for a large resort, dude ranch and children's camp enterprise. Through that experience, and since then, she has advised on computer acquisition and operation, established information system procedures, tested and designed computer software and managed several departments.
Consulting
Additional management and consulting experience includes the Employer Consulting Unit of a full service pension recordkeeping, training and forms company. Responsible for audit and review of various aspects of qualified plans, including document writing, form submission and correspondence with the Internal Revenue Service, and recordkeeping for plans. Carole also designed calculation worksheets involving complex plan testing and plan allocations.
